When Rae & Ana decided to host an Episode 100 listening party in Miami, they had no idea they were about to launch a worldwide community which would ultimately lead to starting River. All-In Meetups 1.1 was made up of an Airtable form, some calendar invites, and bcc emails to each city. Now the All-In community meets in real life around the world hosting mixers, poker nights, pickleball games, and unofficial side events around All-In Summit.
The community gathers worldwide every 25 episodes (about 6 months) and local hosts propose events in between.
